Northwest Health Offers Support Groups for the General Public

Northwest Health is pleased to offer support groups for individuals with diabetes and those seeking to lose weight. All are open to the general public.
Diabetes Support Group in La Porte
The Diabetes Support Group provides a place to share ideas, experiences, and challenges related for those with diabetes, as well as their support team. The group meets from 11 a.m. – Noon, the fourth Monday of the month in the Lilly Lake Conference Room, at Northwest Health – La Porte, 1331 State Street in La Porte. The sessions are held from 11 a.m. – noon. Registration is not required. For more information call 219-325-7623.
Diabetes Support Group in Knox
This Diabetes Support Group meets from 1-2 p.m., the fourth Tuesday of the quarter – January 28, April 22, July 22 and October 28. They meet in the Administrative Conference Room at Northwest Health – Starke, 102 E. Culver Road in Knox. Registration is not required. For more information call 219-325-7623.
Bariatric Weight Loss Support Group
The Bariatric Weight Loss Support Group is open to anyone struggling to lose weight, including those considering bariatric weight loss surgery. All sessions are virtual.
