Northwest Health recently welcomed Taiwo Falaiye, M.D., a board-certified family medicine physician to Northwest Medical Group. Dr. Falaiye joined the practice of Anne Hollingsworth, D.O., at Northwest Medical Group – Primary Care located at 3012 Franklin St. in Michigan City.
Dr. Falaiye completed a family medicine residency at Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital in Warren, Michigan.
In her practice, she provides well-woman exams, annual physicals and well-child check-ups as well as treatment for acute illnesses and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, autoimmune disorders, asthma, COPD and more.
