Northwest Health Names Regional Director for Human Resources

Ashley Dickinson, CEO for Northwest Health, has appointed Karen Jedrysek as regional director of human resources for Northwest Health.

An employee of Northwest Health since 2005, Jedrysek has filled several roles during her tenure. She started her career at Northwest Health – La Porte where she fulfilled the role of director of practice management and director of organizational development and employee relations. More recently she has been the director of human resources for both Northwest Health - La Porte and Northwest Health – Starke since 2017. Jedrysek was named Non-clinical Manager of the Year in 2019.

“Karen’s leadership will be important as Northwest Health evolves as a health system and expands within the region,” said Dickinson. “Her knack for building rapport with team members and physicians will be an asset to the larger Northwest Health organization.”

Jedrysek earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Purdue University and is currently completing a master’s degree in human relations from the University of Oklahoma. Outside of the hospital, she serves as a member on the MSD of New Durham Township School Board, vice president of the board for MSD of New Durham Township Public Library and is a member of Tri-Kappa Zeta Omicron Chapter.
