Our dedicated Northwest Health Urgent Care medical team is trained in urgent care clinical needs and provides prompt, patient-centered care for a range of illnesses and conditions, including:

- Fevers, coughs, colds and sore throats
- Flu or flu-like symptoms
- Minor fractures
- Bronchitis, mild asthma or allergy symptoms
- Minor injuries such as burns, sprains and strains

- Minor cuts or wounds
- Urinary Tract Infections
With three locations serving Valparaiso, Chesterton, Portage and the surrounding areas, Northwest Health Urgent Care is also a convenient place for busy families to go for sports physicals and other minor medical needs. All locations are open 7 days a week, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.* and walk-ins are always welcome at Northwest Health Urgent Care.
